How much does a wedding violinist cost?
Ansar Violin packages start at $1,000 for up to one hour of live violin music. Ceremony and cocktail-hour packages are available for up to 1.5 hours at $1,250 or up to 2 hours at $1,500.
What is included in the violin packages?
Every package includes a professional live violin performance, a dedicated sound system for the violin, equipment setup, and sound check. Coverage depends on the package selected.
Can you perform for both the ceremony and cocktail hour?
Yes. The 1.5-hour and 2-hour packages include ceremony music followed by a live cocktail-hour performance. The one-hour package can be used for either the ceremony or cocktail hour.
Can we request specific songs?
Yes. You can select music for guest seating, the wedding-party processional, the couple’s entrance, the recessional, and other important moments. Custom song requests should be submitted in advance.
Are ceremony microphones included?
The included sound system is dedicated to the violin. Professional ceremony audio for the officiant, couple, readers, or speakers is available as a separate $500 add-on.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend checking availability as early as possible, especially for popular spring and fall wedding dates. Last-minute bookings may also be available depending on the event date.
